well with both tours closed out now what we need for 10 in racing whats your tack
hear mods will have some tv 10
cwse gone new name dont know . its hard for us so many names hard for us to establish fan base with mane changes every few years .
mods stays same
new rack track look for us cwse run new tracks grisham is one i think dont qoute me
may lose thompson tooo.
mos get new one two biger tracks but hope better purses still smaller than cwse $$
what all star race less cwse teams wonder if gibbs runs two cars !

been long season i did all cwse plus 4 act,3 mods, glen both cup nation wide,candad nationwide,world series too. so 20 racees many photos of freinds and fowes tto. have great boo day .turkey and merry xmass so ist one to say it even though i am mr scugeee . ken aka old timer fujiman

just went on Lime Rock's website and they will have a race there next season. The date is tbd and Dover will have the east series on Sept 24th, 2010

Iowa speedway web site shows the race there is scheduled for May 23rd
Nothing being shown on the NHMS site for the CWSE or Mods but you have to figure that both will be back for the 'Cup' weekends.
Watkins Glen is showing June 4-6 for us again. can't tell if it will be a 2 or 3 day show.
So putting everything together so far shows
?? - Martinsville
April 3 - South Boston
May 23 - Iowa
June 4-6 - Watkins Glen
June 25 - NHMS (assumed)
July 2-3 - Lime Rock
Sept 17 - NHMS (assumed)
Sept 24 - Dover
Maybe the schedule will be announced next month at the banquet.. we can hope!

I wonder if there's any chance of the series returning to Nashville Fairgrounds after NASCAR rescinded its stupid rule about testing.

It was announced a couple days ago that Nashville Fairgrounds is closing for good. The city is redeveloping the the track and everything around it. The guy leasing and promoting the track did not seem to thrilled with the city doing this. |

That's a shame. Rockingham would be a cool alternative, but I think I'd rather see another short track on the schedule (Lee!) than another 1-mile track.

add holland or lake erie back for a short track. FAT CHANCE! hehehe. holland can't afford it (i've heard) and lake erie is going DIRT. sorry, just wish there was at least 1 race close to home, not 7-8 HRS. away.

That really stinks about the Fairgrounds being closed and redeveloped. That track put on some of the best races for the series. Maybe we'll go to the speedway in Nashville instead? :-)

Won't happen. The big Nashville track is 1.33 miles and would require a special license for the drivers to race on superspeedways.

maybe short track like 5 flags and a that atbama track or how about irp one old track were bgnn drove ornj track like go back nj race . or 2 races at iowa !!!

One of the Nashville TV stations is doing a poll asking "should racing be stopped at the fairgrounds". As of this post, a whopping 96% of the votes say no. (~1100 votes cast so far)

Also I updated my previous post with the confirmed races so far. Added the date of the Lime Rock event. That should be an interesting double-header weekend. Not to mention that it's the 4th of July weekend too!
